Their office hours, at least right now are Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central time or UTC-5. So you might have just tried it when they're offline.
Remember, I told you that the chat feature isn't available all the time. If you don't see the section, check that you're logged into Facebook and that you're looking for help at the right time. You can see it doesn't really stand out, so when you scroll fast, it's easy to miss. Now here's the section we're really interested in. Sometimes that's all you need, but most often not. If you click one of those, they throw a lot of help articles your way. Facebook offers help to various topics such as fundamentals, ads, pages, billing, and so on. The page should land on, looks like this one here. So I hope this video is valuable for you too. And whenever I thought that I found THE place to get in touch with them, I realised that it was one of their standard forms that most likely never made it in front of a human being.
