Other than that, it’s just an extra program to back up your data with, which can be done via clous or iTunes. Overall, it could be useful if you’re in a pinch and need a way to transfer content from one device to another in the easiest way possible (plug both devices in and click a few buttons). You also aren’t able to sync content from your computer to your phone like you can with iTunes. My one gripe: the program never told me WHERE the content went on my computer, in case I wanted to move photos or videos into a different folder on my hard drive. The layout is clean and simple, and it does the basic things it claims to do, all with ease. If you lose your content you can restore from a backup as long as you’ve used the program to back it up previously. It’s an easy way to load your contacts, text messages, and other content from one device to another. This is a handy program if you have 2 phones you need to sync that are different platforms. I also chose to click through the program’s FAQ and reviews link which took me to this website where I didn’t find FAQs or reviews: It took another 10-15 minutes to back all my data up, then I was done. Once ready, I was able to check which items I wanted to backup: photos, music, videos, text messages, contacts, and calendar. It took around 5 minutes to load all my options before I could even start the backup. Hover over an icon for details and choose what you want to do: transfer data from one device to another, backup data, restore data, or erase data.
